OUR INSPIRATION
Kelly’s opened in June 2010 and was built in loving memory of Kelly Brennan and was funded by Mark & Kristina Pickard, in honor of Kristina’s late sister. The Park’s land was generously donated by local philanthropist Hans Borbonus and was the vision of Cascade Mayor Richard Carter and several other community leaders.
Kelly’s is a premier Whitewater Park located in Cascade Idaho. Since 2010, Kelly’s Whitewater Park has provided an outdoor haven and river playground for rafters, kayakers, stand up paddle boarders and family fun seekers. The whitewater park opens on Memorial Day Weekend and closes on Labor Day Weekend.
