Wildlife Scenic Byway-Hwy 55: Recently designated for its
natural beauty and abundance of wildlife follows the North Fork of the
Payette River all the way to Beautiful Cascade, Idaho.

natural hot springs surround our beautiful community, including our
recently developed Gold Fork Hot Springs in a natural beautiful setting.

Snow Bank Mountain Radar Station:
Head to the top of the world and take in the most breath taking sights
ever. View the fields of wild flowers, the many lakes, to the abundance
of blue birds, butterflies and wildlife. A picture gallery one never
forgets.

Lake Cascade: Sailing regattas, fishing, camping,
swimming, water skiing, ice fishing; the list goes on and on to the many
ways to enjoy our beautiful Lake Cascade.

Roosevelt Lake: Once a
booming mining town, now submerged in a lake, where the tops of some of
the buildings can still be seen sticking out of the water.

Sleigh ride in to feed the elk:
Take a memorable sleigh ride in to feed the elk and view the majestic
animals as they perform in front of you. Listen to the stories of the
past and the history of how the Hap and Florence Points took it upon themselves to
feed the animals during the hard winter months.

Thunder Mountain Train:
Take the Cabarton Flyer from Cascade and travel remote stretches of
the Payette River, under the Historic Rainbow Bridge and through the
shortest solid rock tunnel in the nation.

Chinook Salmon Run: Twice a year the waters turn
red with the thousands of salmon making their run along the South Fork
of the Salmon River.

Miles of Hiking trails, ATV trails, Snowmobile trails, and Cross
Country Skiing trails surround us.

Load up on the Mountain Grown Huckleberries, and mushrooms found in the
hills surrounding Cascade.

River Adventures: Enjoy Kayaking and Rafting on
the white waters of the beautiful North Fork of the Payette River.
